Morning larks get an unexpected benefit: deserted New York City streets, exactly what you need for a romantic engagement shoot. Only hardcore runners were out and about when Jennifer and Daniel had their pictures taken in the nearly empty High Line Park. Due to the early hour, they also grabbed the chance for some epic New York City street shots without the usual crowds. The morning mist gave the pictures a surreal feel, and Jennifer’s red coat stood out from the gray backdround like a dream. The photographer was also able to steal a couple of shots at the Jane Hotel lobby where the couple stayed the night before the shoot.
Aside from her eye-catching red jacket, Jennifer wore a white striped top with a black pencil cut shirt. Her smart casual outfit, complete with ankle boots, was definitely made for walking the Big Apple. Daniel’s navy four-pocket jacket also followed the yuppie look. The pictures were undeniably taken in New York, as evident in the graffiti-adorned walls, high-rise buildings, broad avenues, and the iconic yellow cabs. Jennifer and Daniel sure look like they enjoyed their early bird engagement photo shoot.
